Printing privacy policy

This notice covers the Powered by BP printing website and its advertising measurement. The Freeze Frame app has a separate privacy policy.

Using the printing service

When you use account, creation or payment features, we process the information needed to provide those features, including account details, submitted content and transaction records. Your advertising choice does not prevent you from using these features.

Optional advertising measurement

When advertising measurement is enabled and you accept it, the OpenAI measurement pixel helps us understand public page and studio visits, account creation, email verification, confirmed credit purchases, and completed model and preview generations following ChatGPT ads. We load the pixel only after your permission. Rejecting it does not affect the printing service.

Our measurement events contain predefined public page categories or a predefined activity name with a random event identifier. We do not add names, email addresses, account identifiers, verification tokens, prompts, uploads, payment amounts or other payment details to these events. We do not measure admin, authentication or privacy page views. Studio visits are measured only as an activity event without studio content.

OpenAI receives measurement requests and may process browser and network information, such as IP address, browser information and page or referrer information. The pixel can use cookies and advertising attribution identifiers. This processing is not anonymous. Automatic advanced matching must be disabled for this integration.

Your choice and withdrawal

Use Privacy settings in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw permission at any time. We remember your choice in browser storage when available. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts for the current session. Before permission, we do not load the pixel or store advertising attribution.

Withdrawing permission stops future measurement through this integration. It cannot recall requests already sent to OpenAI. You can also remove website cookies and stored data through your browser settings; removing the stored choice means we will ask again.

Storage and further information

The saved advertising choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear website storage. OpenAI's handling and retention of information it receives are governed by its applicable policies.

With permission, we temporarily keep identifiers for checkouts and generation jobs in this tab to recognize confirmed results without counting older activity. Pending checkout identifiers may stay in tab storage for up to 24 hours. These identifiers are not sent in measurement events. Withdrawing permission or logging out clears these pending records. If the scope of measurement expands, we ask for permission again.
